•Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a senior marketing personnel.

•Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques and tools , including digital marketing and BTL activities .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound academic and professional qualifications in the field of marketing.

• Working Days : Mon – Fri (8.00-5.00) Sat Half Day

•Job Role :

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for products to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Manage the branch network and work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute Below - the - Line (BTL) activities such as events, road shows, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Lead, plan, and oversee high - impact digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop marketing strategies that meet the changing needs of customers.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI and KPIs, to senior management.
