•             Position- Head Of Sale (Real Estate)

•          Qualification-

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

 

•             Experience-

  • 05 years of experience in sales (Mandatory in real estate industry
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practice
  • Experience in setting sales goal
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Strong communication skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala.

•             Salary Range-  LKR 100,000- 250,000

•             Age- No range

 •            Locations-  Bambalapitiya (Colombo 04)

•             Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)

•             Job role : 

  • Development of a highly efficient real estate sales and marketing strategy.

  • Monitoring the progress of advertising campaigns and sales activities

  • Monitoring the housing and real estate markets to identify potential leads

  • Maintaining contact with customers by sending newsletters and updates

  • Collaborate with current business partners on potential projects.

  • Achieving full rental occupancy through advertising, filling vacancies, conducting viewings, preparing rental documents, negotiating rental agreements, and enforcing rental conditions

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company goals for products and services.
  • Should be a good presenter and have communication skills in the main three languages.
