• Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. , Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PDF Editing Programs, Familiarity with Interior Designer Specifications (preferred) , Ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures.
• Experience- Proven experience in a pricing or related role, preferably in the manufacturing or hospitality industry , Experience in working with BOQ is a must.
• Salary Range- LKR 55,000- 85,000

• Job role:
- Actively participate in supporting various tender submittals, working on assignments amongst the team, and ensuring on-time submittals.
- Review and complete bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.
- Collaborate with owners to determine optimal price points for proposals and conduct price-to-win analysis; ensure proposal pricing meets profitability rates/targets set by the organization.
- Collaborate with business development, project managers, finance and other staff to ensure that all contract pricing activities comply with company requirements and policies.
- Identify areas of improvements and optimization of pricing performance from a sales, marketing, and communication perspective.
- Preparing proposal documents, assessing risk and opportunity, negotiating competitive prices.
- Analysing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs.
- Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analysing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company’s productivity rates).
- Assessing the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project.
- Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
- Participating in the kick-off meeting to evaluate and if necessary, review the tender budget.
- Ensuring best practice in the tendering process and practices within the company.
- Consistently keep abreast of market trends.
