•             Qualification- A diploma in business, marketing or a related field is added advantage, Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Experience-  The candidate should have a minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a furniture or related industry, Experience in managing social media and lead generation in Furniture Industry.

•             Salary Range-  Negotiable

•             Job role- 

* Achieve showroom and individual business target assigned by the Management.

* Process sales/ sales order/ sales quotation and receipt transactions accurately and

efficiently using an ERP system.

* Manage all channels (Website / social media / Hotline) and timely responding to

comments, messages, customer inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

* Resolve customer complaints and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.

* Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

* Maintaining order tracking and follow up order processing with respective

coordinator and delivery team.

* Maintain the showroom inventory and ensure that all products are in good condition.

* Following up credit customer collection and ensure all the due payments are being collected.

* Coordinate with company social media team and provide instant responses.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
