•             Job role-   Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

• Provide comprehensive assistance to clients regarding our services, rates, and policies
• Efficiently manage booking reservations and process payments accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer concerns
