• Position – Creative Director
• Experience – Minimum 5 year of relevant experience, with 2 or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting.
• Qualifications
  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns - from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Proven ability to develop successful concepts.
  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.
  • Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives.

• Salary Range - Negotiable

• Working Days - Monday-Friday and Saturday half day

• Responsibilities   
  • Develop a comprehensive creative marketing plan for the respective monthly campaign or objectives.
  • Achieve the content schedule/KPls with the assistance of content strategist(s) and overseeing them to completion.
  • Introduce, develop and maintain creative writing standards for scripting videos.
  • Directing and motivating the creative team of Graphic designers, Videographers, Video editors, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
  • Collaborate with Showroom team to obtain knowledge marketing and promotional requirements.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas for monthly campaigns, introducing new product lines, and to strategize trending Content & social media trends.
  • Review and approve content and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively.
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  • Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.
