Vacancy for the Post of Assistant Facility Supervisor

Experience:   Experience in Middle East (Preferred)

Minimum 14 storey Apartment building

Job description-

1) Overall management and maintenance of all properties

2) Overall supervision of Staff works at the respective properties on a day-to-day basis. Such staff includes

3) internal (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external vendor contractors.

4) Handle and supervise the following of the Safety and Security Team:

•         Preparing Security Schedule

•         Checking and ensuring whether the Staff follows the uniform code

•         Take the relevant actions if the Staff fails to follow the Standard Operating Standards.

5) Provide required information regarding all the properties to the Senior     Management Team.

6) Keep daily system reports of major facilities updated within the property (i.e., transformer, server room, etc.)

7) Prepare weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner and address the reports to the Management Team accordingly.

Knowledge of fire safety and Pool chemicals will be an added advantage

Salary range:  500-600 USD

Accommodation=    will be provided
