Job Role :
- The primary responsibilities of the Sales Lead will be to lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- The role also involves generating sales leads, analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities, negotiating sales, and conducting sales pitches and presentations.
- The Sales Lead is expected to meet weekly and monthly sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular reports to the management
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates with an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 3–5 years of experience in Sales, B2B, or a similar field.
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses a creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to carry out duties with minimal supervision.
