*VACANCY FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR QA ASSISTANTS*

•Position: Junior QA Assistants  

•Experiences & Qualifications:

• *BSc in Chemistry or Polymer Science from a recognized University or Institute of Chemistry Ceylon*
• Strong interest in laboratory-based work, testing protocols, and material behavior
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude
• Familiarity with flexible packaging processes (e.g., extrusion, printing, lamination, pouch making, slitting) is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/laboratory setting and on rotating shifts
• *Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply*

•Gender:  *Male*

•Salary range: 50K – 100K

•Work Locations:  Rathmalana

•Working Days: Day/Night (12 hour shift-Monday to Saturday)

• Age: Below 30

• Job Role:

• Assist in testing and inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and final products including films, inks, adhesives, and pouches
• Document inspection results accurately and escalate abnormalities promptly
• Support internal audits and compliance checks
• Help implement and maintain SOPs for quality checks
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to support day-to-day quality operations
• Support traceability and quality data management
