VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF BIKE TECHNICIAN

Position : Bike Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair mechanical issues in two-wheelers and Polaris ATVs.
• Diagnose and repair fogging machines (Igeba).
• Perform engine repairs and routine maintenance.
• Maintain and inspect different types of motorcycles.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate motorcycles with different gear systems.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve motorcycle performance.
• Use tools correctly and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain records of service reports, spare parts, and maintenance activities.
• Keep the work environment clean and follow all safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a motorcycle mechanic.
• Knowledge of motorcycle engine mechanics, repairs, carburetor tuning, gear systems, and suspension tuning and repairs.
• Practical experience with quad bikes and Polaris models will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A valid driving licence with the ability to ride and handle different types of motorcycles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper tool handling.
• Formal training or certification in motorcycle mechanics.
• Knowledge of diagnostic software and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems will be an added qualification.
