Position: Sales Executive – B2B & Modern Trade

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our B2B and Modern Trade sales portfolio, with a strong focus on contract manufacturing and private labelling opportunities. The role involves identifying new business prospects, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and Modern Trade channels.
• Meet with supermarket and retail partners to explore and develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, retail chains, and brand owners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pricing structures, and product concepts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, QA, R&D, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Modern Trade, or Business Development.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or private-label businesses will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and sales growth.
